Are filter cleanings and salt cell cleans in my monthly service?
Our monthly service rate does not include filter cleanings and/or salt cell cleans. We perform semi-annual filter cleanings to our customers. We bill for these services separately from the monthly service once the cleaning is complete.
Are chemicals included in my monthly service?
All standard chemicals (such as chlorine and acid) are included in monthly service rate. However, we may need to use specialty chemicals in your pool (such as conditioner, algaecide, and water clarifiers), if needed. We bill on a semi-annual basis for those specialty chemicals at a rate that varies on the size of your pool.
What is included in my monthly service?
Full Service includes: Netting, vacuuming, brush the tile line, brush walls of pool if needed, check and empty skimmer and pump basket(s), and add/adjust chemicals.
